This official bottling from Ardnamurchan has been matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in Paul Launois “champagne casks”. Limited to 2661 bottles. This is the second “Paul Launois Release”.

Nose: Rich and fruity with a lot of grapeness (if that is not a word, then it should be!).

Taste: Full bodied and then some. Intensely flavorful, apples and grapes stand out. Very fruity in character. White pepper and vanilla. A little dry.

Finish: Medium long finish. Fruity still, and even drier. Oaky pepperiness and slight astringency.

Comment: It does not come with bubbles, but it is fun.
