Nose: Fruits and caramel sauce. Apples, baked and ripe. It is a rich, almost creamy, nose. Very well integrated. Hints of citrus and vanilla.

Taste: Rich mouthfeel. Apples and lots of green herbs - massively so. Sherry notes and tomato plant. Again the hints of citrus.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Apples and sherry notes. The green character sort of dominate, but it’s all good.

Comment: The gardener’s dram.

Score 87/100
