Nose: Sugary sweet and lots of appealing orchard fruits. With time slightly tropical in style. Vanilla and hints of coconut milk and soft oakiness. Then citrus - delightful swirls of citrusy sweetness.

Taste: Full bodied. I’m immediately hit with a hefty dose of citrus, white pepper and creamy maltiness. Sparkly and fizzy - and yet with a noticeable astringency.

Finish: Medium long finish. Fresh and fruity all the way. Lots of citrus and other tropical fruits. Fizzy mouthfeel. The barest whiff of detergent, but ion a good way - I promise! Then the tannins again - like an oaky caress.

Comment: Bubbly, citrusy fun!
