Nose: I love the smell of peat-smoked bacon and toasted marshmallows in the morning. Add some coffee and caramel sauce, and we’re golden! Over time, hints of green herbs and orchard fruits emerge.

Taste: Full-bodied with a very spicy and slightly rough character. Burnt black pepper, burnt caramel, and burnt marshmallows dominate, accompanied by peanuts roasted to the edge.

Finish: Medium-long, staying spicy, rough, and somewhat dry. Notes of licorice, sweet chili, aniseed, and salted caramel ice cream add complexity.
