Nose: The aroma is appealing and softly fruity with a gentle sweetness. Mild notes of pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg create a subtle spiciness, while warm caramel, toffee, chocolate, and cacao nibs add depth and richness.

Taste: The palate is full-bodied and rich, presenting a big and bold experience. A balanced symphony of mild pepperiness, orchard fruits, and toasted oak plays out, complemented by creamy vanilla and almond milk.

Finish: The medium-long finish maintains a wonderfully creamy, peppery, and mildly oaky character. Sweet and creamy licorice. The maltiness and richness persist throughout, culminating in a finale of exquisite, dark Swiss chocolate with a twist of cut grass and green herbs.

Comment: Wow! More Islay Rye, please! Pretty please!
