This official bottling from Bunnahabhain Distillery on Islay, Scotland, has been finished for three years in a Muscat Hogshead. It was bottled exclusively for the Scandinavian market.

This whisky was distilled 2007-09-27, and bottled 2019-10-30. All in all the cask yielded 367 bottles.

Nose: Ooh, this is nice! I knew there was a reason I love Bunnahabhain. A perfect storm of spices, oaky influence, orchard fruits, dried fruits and plain old goodness! This nose actually reminds me of a very fine cognac.

Taste: Full bodied and yummy. White pepper and creamy vanilla. Juicy and woody style. Ginger and cut grass.

Finish: Long finish. Faintly fizzy. Tannic, but in a very pleasant way. Honey, hints of brine and green herbs.
