Nose: Aromatic and rich. Grape juice and mild caramel. Hints of dried fruits and green herbs. Sweet (?) leather and soft spices. A little nutty with time.

Taste: Medium body. Dry and softly astringent in style. Peppery caramel sauce. Dried fruits. Again a little nutty.

Finish: Long finish. Less dry now. Otherwise much as it started. Soft and long landing. Almond milk and milk chocolate towards the end.

Comment: An amazing cognac for sure.
