Nose: Starts off with the warmth of a lazy, late summer evening, with aromas of warm sand and malt, accented by hints of white pepper. Over time, the scent of burnt oak adds depth.

Taste: Full-bodied and somewhat raw at the outset. White pepper and mild oakiness lead into burnt caramel notes, followed by nuances of nutmeg and unsalted peanuts.

Finish: Medium-long, continuing the burnt theme with notes of caramel and popcorn, along with hints of blackened corn kernels. It concludes with a fresh, green whiff of herbs.

Comment: Boldly charred.
