Fuji Gotemba Distiller's Select 2016, NAS, 49 %

I literally know nothing about this whisky except for what is presented in the heading above.

Nose: Malt and apples. Mild and crisp on the nose. Hard to pick out individual aromas here. With time hints of camphor. Vanilla and white chocolate.

Taste: Full bodied and quite sweet. The sweetness is of the fruity kind, and matched well with oaky spiciness and pepper.

Finish: Medium long finish. Less spicy now. Fruity sweetness remains but is now accompanied by rich caramel sauce, maple syrup and honey. Yummy!
