Matured for about 9 years in ex-bourbon cask first, then finished for about 3 years in a single ex-Oloroso sherry cask (99505). Bottled 2018.

Nose: Presents a mild and fruity aroma with dried fruits and vanilla, characterized by its well-mannered and tempered nature.

Taste: Full-bodied, unveiling notes of leather and a slight bitterness, followed by orchard fruits and then more pronounced dried fruits.

Finish: Medium length, becoming very fruity towards the end, with an emphasis on dried fruits and a touch of chocolate with jam filling.

Comment: Subtly refined.
