Nose: A comfortable approach. This is a warm hug of a whisky. Softly, softly. Vanilla and rich fruit notes. Hard to pinpoint the exact aromas here, it is all a friendly blur.

Taste: Medium body and soft mouthfeel. The fruitiness is not as dominant on the palate. In fact, the same goes for the vanilla. A dash of toffee and a prickling of pepper.

Finish: Medium to short finish. It turns downright skinny in character very quickly. Watered down - mere shadows of caramel and fruit now.

Comments: A promising start wilting away to the ordinary.
