Nose: Some minerality and slightly acidic. Reminiscent of Islands whiskey of the Jura and Tobermory type. Lightly spicy. Some ripe fruit in the background.

Taste: Medium body. Ripe apples, lightly burnt caramel. Ripe banana.

Finish: Medium long finish. The light minerality from the nose returns towards the end here.

Comment: Solid and mineral.
