A golden oldie bottled in the year 2000. That’s about all I know.

Nose: Intense and complex, featuring notes of caramel, cigar box, old leather furniture, dusty attics, and smoldering heather moors in the distance. Hints of mixed peppers, barbecued oranges, earthy cinnamon, and vanilla emerge with time, complemented by toasted oak and a whiff of menthol.

Taste: Full-bodied, rich, and intense, almost fizzy in character. The spices from the nose are mirrored, alongside darker notes of leather, oak, and caramel. Greener notes of eucalyptus and mint, combined with heather honey and beeswax, create a rich and succulent profile.

Finish: Very long, with an emphasis on honey, heather, and caramel. Menthol and green herbs blend well with the heather, while Seville oranges linger in the background.

Comment: Wow!
