Nose: Elegant and airy, reminiscent of cognac with delicate hints of vanilla and tropical fruits. With time also cherry and cinnamon.

Taste: Robust, more than full-bodied, presenting a spicy palette tinged with bitter notes of rowan berries and Seville oranges. Starts off a little raw but mellows swiftly. Peppery and oaky.

Finish: Stretches long, dominated by oranges, a sprinkle of white pepper, and a rich, creamy finale.

Comment: A drink for the refined palate.
