Nose: Some oakiness mixed with orchard fruits is what I first detect on the nose. Make that toasted oak - sun warmed. There’s a slight minerality as well.

Taste: Medium body and sweetness. Apples covered in a thick layer of icing sugar and a sprinkling of dried ginger and apricot. Then a hint of camphor actually.

Finish: Medium long finish. More camphor as well as some maltiness. Earthy, fruity and salty. Grapes and artificial sweetener in the end.

Comment: Manzanilla mind trick.
