Nose: A touch sour on initial approach. Minerals, apples and pears. Have we somehow wandered astray and ended up on the Isle of Mull?

Taste: Medium to full bodied. Again the hints of something slightly bitter. Yellow apples that are not quite ripe.

Finish: Medium long finish. Much the same still, with added ginger, cinnamon, white pepper and white chocolate.

Comment: Strange bitterness, but enjoyable finish.
