Nose: red berries, red berries, red berries! Strawberries, raspberries and rowanberries (soft bitterness) mainly. Vanilla, simple syrup and acacia honey. Coconut, vanilla cream and freshly baked buns (in Norway that would be 'skoleboller').
Taste: Medium body and soft mouthfeel. The palate is a bit toned down compared to the nose. It is much the same, just less of it, which is a bit of a let down. Perhaps more fruity than the nose.
Finish: Medium to long finish. Berries and fruits, with a base of honey. Now with added greenery. Twigs just broken off the tree and cut grass. A touch bitter towards the end.
Comments: Really loved the nose, not quite as enthused with the palate, but all in all a very fine dram.
