Nose: Rich and aromatic. Waxy apples and apple wax. A light oakiness mixed with notes of lemon and orange. A tropical alibi in the shape of a pineapple. With time also pepper, red berries and soft acidity.

Taste: Rich and full bodied. Waxy and ripe apples. Honey, as well as white pepper and ginger.

Finish: Medium long finish. Caramel, maple syrup, honey and mild spiciness. It mellows out fairly quickly, and we are left with light sugary sweetness and orchard fruits.

Comment: This bottling series from Elixir Distillers is turning out quite nicely.
