Nose: Rich and deep fruitiness. Ripe apples and pears upfront, and a backdrop of dried fruits with a tropical twist. Mildly oaky, the kind of oakiness that is simply reassuring and grounding. With time hints of earthy liquorice, tomato plant and exotic spices.

Taste: Full bodied and rock solid. Lighter than the nose hinted at. Still fruity, but the apples and tropical fruits are sugary sweet and delicate here. No dried fruits. Ginger and simple syrup.Love the waves of sweet and and at the same time slightly bitter and astringent fruitiness.

Finish: Long finish. Remains fruity throughout. Somewhat darker in character now. Honey bread, banana cake, orange marmalade, cinnamon and dried fruits. Still relatively sweet - sugary sweet at that. Milk chocolate!
