Distilled and matured at the Mars Shinshu Distillery. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry casks.

Nose: A little “darker” than the 2020 edition. Still quite similar. Banana, milk chocolate and white pepper. Almonds and a hint of dust.

Taste: Medium body and a rather spicy profile. Black and white pepper. Raw ginger. Earthy cinnamon.

Finish: Medium long finish. Creamy vanilla now, and massive doses of orange zest an orange juice. Very juicy and fresh finish.
