This is a single cask exclusive for Norway. The Milk & Honey Rum Cask Single Malt Whisky was distilled 2017-07-30, fully matured in an ex-rum cask (cask# 2017-0192), and bottled 2020-08-02. The label states this release is limited to 60 bottles, which makes me think this is either a partial cask only, or a small cask.

The Milk & Honey Rum Cask Single Malt Whisky will be available to buy in Norway this coming Monday at NOK 838 (13560501).

Nose: Clean, mild, and a little shy. Hints of vanilla, rhubarb and raw cellar. White pepper and a whiff of funk.

Taste: Full bodied. White pepper, ginger, and a bitterish side note - orange zest, perhaps?

Finish: Medium long finish. Creamy vanilla and almonds also now. Caramel. Honey, rich and sweet.

Comment: The best I’ve had from the land distillery of milk and honey so far.
