Distilled late 2018 and casked December 2018, matured in a single ex-port wine quarter cask (cask #501801). Bottled 2023-05-29, and limited to 120 bottles. The ex-port wine quarter cask is custom made for Mosgaard with alternating Tawny and Ruby ex-port cask staves.

Nose: A charming blend of orchard fruits and rhubarb meets the familiar scent of an earth cellar, all smoothed over by a veil of creamy vanilla.
Taste: Commandingly full-bodied. The maltiness takes center stage, joined by a peppery zest that simply refuses to be ignored. This whisky stands tall, demanding your focus.
Finish: Continues to resonate with a rich, malty echo. As it settles, a hint of bitterness emerges, reminiscent of a lingering grapefruit bite.
