The Old Pulteney 1997 / 2015 is a single cask release (cask #1076), with an outturn of 239 bottles.

Nose: Green apples, vanilla, mild citrus and a hint of salt. Ginger. With time more green notes - grass and thyme. A mild and dusty oakiness.

Taste: Medium body but volume turned up high on sweetness. Creamy vanilla. Astringent notes of white pepper, mixed with ginger, cinnamon and nuts. Flaky salt with chili.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Sweet and now more fruity. Honey glazed apples. More green on the finish - again grass and fresh herbs.

Comment: A mouthful!
