A Canadian single malt whisky from Shelter Point Distillery.

Nose: Chocolate, cold coffee, caramel and cinnamon. With time also honey baked apples.

Taste: Medium body. Rather spicy delivery here. Lots of pepper. Then orchard fruits, cinnamon and leather.

Finish: Medium long finish. The warmth from the spices remain. Fruity and in the end some oaky dryness. Medium sweetness.

Comment: Enjoyable.
