Nose: Delicate and fine-tuned. Spice cake, Marie biscuits, vanilla and summer fruits. After each hint of grapefruit, herbs and oak.

Taste: Rich. Pear soda, ginger soda, sweet licorice, light syrup, white pepper and marshmallows. Small dry.

Finish: Medium long. Something less sweet, something more spicy and dry. Almond pudding.

Comment: The dessert has been served.
