Matured in one single, old, real sherry cask which had seen around 80 years of use in an old bodega. The facts are as follows for this Danish whisky:

Barley: Evergreen, Propino
Malts: Pale, Cara-Münich

Nose: Love the rich and intense PX notes. Balsamic vinegar. Raisins and various other dried fruits.

Taste: Full bodied. Fires on all cylinders! Whoa! Blows my mind! Balsamic vinegar. Grape juice. Dry-ish. Raisins. Orchard fruits.

Finish: Medium to long finish. So rich and concentrated. Lovely spiciness, chocolate and dried fruits.

Comment: Amazing PX cask!
