Nose: Fruity and malty. Quite a rich and complex nose. Apples, pineapple, lemon zest, vanilla, and malt. A touch of nuts and honey.

Taste: Light body and mouthfeel. Vanilla, apples and a touch of spices (white pepper, nutmeg, ginger).

Finish: Medium long finish. Honey, toasted oak, light caramel, apples, and nuts. Drying twoards the end.

Comments: A fine dram. Complex but not complicated.
