Matured in a 1st fill hogshead, and bottled April 2021.

Nose: Salty oranges! Artisan bread crust. Orchard fruits and creamy vanilla.

Taste: Medium to full body. Salty, sweet and sour. Brine, assorted citrus fruits, and mildly sour/bitter notes of oak and .. grapefruit.

Finish: Medium long finish. Sweeter and more mellow now. The orchard fruits from the nose are back. Creamy vanilla as well. Milk chocolate. Salty oak (that’s a first!). Salted peanuts.

Comment: A delightful and charming Linkwood.
