Nose: The nose encapsulates autumn in a glass, unveiling wet leaves, mustard seeds, and hay at the forefront. Then orchard fruits, borderline overripe, adding a lush, sweet dimension. It's big, rich, dark, and aromatic. Over time, wine-like notes and tropical fruits gently emerge in the background.

Taste: The palate is full-bodied and spicy upfront. Then a second wave of rich fruitiness that adds a sweet contrast. Traces of honey and mellow exotic spices softly meld into the flavor profile.

Finish: The finish extends to a medium-long conclusion. It remains fruity, with tempered spices. A fun, fizzy note of ginger and mint makes a playful entrance, adding a lively, refreshing contrast. The endnote is slightly astringent.
