Nose: The nose is an intriguing blend of green and dirty elements. The green facet is herbal, showcasing notes of freshly cut grass, aromatic cloves, and tomato vine. On the dirty side, I find peaty and smoky nuances, reminiscent of soot and a beachside bonfire doused with sea water.

Taste: Medium body, with a peppery introduction followed by soot and warm ashes. It has a definite dry character. Dark chocolate lends a bitter-sweet touch, while the tomato vine note re-emerges.

Finish: The finish is medium-long, carrying forth the dry character and introducing an increasing peppery warmth. Dried fruits make a subtle appearance, along with a touch of oakiness as it develops. Towards the end, the peatiness intensifies, concluding the tasting on a more robust and dry note.

Comment: Peat and garden greens.
