Distilled 2009-07-07, matured in a single ex-Oloroso sherry butt (cask #024/2009), bottled 2021. Limited to 627 bottles. Bottled exclusively for the German market.

Nose: Fresh and full with notes of dried fruits and sherry, accompanied by a hint of alcohol sting. Over time, earthy vanilla, leather, and cloves develop.

Taste: Full-bodied and feisty upfront, with a robust spice profile featuring cinnamon, prunes, plums, raisins, and resin. Demerara sugar adds sweetness.

Finish: Medium-long, maintaining its intensity with leather, polish, dried fruits, and dark caramel. Finishes with a touch of dark cherry jam.

Comment: A very charming ruffian of a whisky.
