Distilled 2018-08-07, matured in a single refill ex-bourbon cask (cask #124), bottled 2023-09-01, and limited to 167 bottles (500 ml). Bottled for The Whisky Show London 2023.

Nose: Ooh, this is fun! Malty and complex from the first sniff, with a surprising soft funk. Over time, notes of artisanal sourdough bread with a hint of floral honey emerge. Rich, deep, and sweet tropical fruits develop, featuring mango, honeydew melon, and barbecued pineapple.

Taste: Full-bodied and smooth, starting with a spicy kick of pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and aniseed. This is followed by ripe orchard fruits, earthy vanilla, and floral honey, finishing with a drying character.

Finish: Medium to short, emphasizing honey and cereal notes. It remains dry, with a hint of toasted oak towards the end.
