Nose: A tad sour oakiness. Mixed spices. Tobacco and worn leather. With time also honey.

Taste: Full bodied. Fizzy. Ginger and exotic spices. Apples, pepper and cereal. Dry-ish

Finish: Medium. More ginger now. Sweet and appealing. Cut grass and nuts in the end.

Comment: Not the best nose, but redeemed by a great palate.
