Distilled October 2000, and bottled May 2021. Matured in a single refill barrel (cask #DL15003). Limited to 196 bottles.

Nose: Light, soft, fluffy cotton candy. Summer fruits.

Taste: Medium to full body. Delightful. Perfect balance between fruitiness, sweetness and mild spices. The spices are rather complex. Coconut cream.

Finish: Medium long. More of the same, but that is more than enough. Sweet candy, honey and ripe, red apples..

Comment: Grain, sweet grain!
