Taste: Full bodied. Very juicy up front. Orchard fruits, fizzy ginger and caramel sauce.

Finish: Long finish. Black and white pepper. Toasted oak. Dark chocolate. Leather and luxury confectionary.

Comment: A very fine dessert.
