Distilled 2009-03-10, matured in a single American oak refill hogshead (cask #801792), and bottled 2021-12-10. Limited to 284 bottles. This is the fifth release of the Fable Piper Chapter Seven.

The Fable Piper Chapter Seven Glen Elgin 2009 12 YO will be available in Norway in a handful of days at NOK 1520 (15118501).

Nose: Ripe apples, dry Autumn leaves, cinnamon, white pepper, and dry (unlit) logs in a fireplace. With time also creamy vanilla and strawberry ice cream.

Taste: Very rich and sublimely fruity and sweet. This is yummy! Oh my, what a lovely sweetness. Ripe apples, red berries, earthy cinnamon and ginger. White pepper. A sprinkling of oaky dust.

Finish: Medium long finish. More fruity sweetness - thankfully! Hints of pepper and dry, earthy cinnamon.
