Nose: Deep, warm and rich. There is a fair bit of fruitiness going on here. Honey and a touch of dust. With time also hints of cardboard, strawberries and citrus. With further time even more honey, as well as soft floral notes.

Taste: Rich and full bodied. Mild dry-ish and earthy spiciness. Orchard fruits, and floral honey.

Finish: Medium long finish. Fresh and fizzy. Ginger and cinnamon now. White pepper and more honey. Remains dry-ish.
