A whisky released to celebrate the 10th anniversary of independent bottler Liquid Art. Distilled 2011, matured in ex-bourbon and bottled 2023. Limited to 135 bottles, which probably makes this a partial cask.

Nose: A lively mix of apples and pears, underpinned by light maltiness and gentle sweetness. Over time, it develops a subtle funkiness and darker undertones, with hints of oak and mild spices.

Taste: Full-bodied with a rich profile of ripe fruits, fizzy white pepper, and ginger. A touch of leather adds complexity.

Finish: Medium long, transitioning to a drier character. Soft oaky spices lead into vanilla, honey, and a refreshing citrus and grapefruit finale.

Comment: A delightful balance of fruitiness, spice, and subtle oak.
