Nose: Light and fruity. Apples and pears at first, then gradually more and more oranges. Vanilla and hints of white pepper. Cinnamon and nutmeg.

Taste: Ful bodied and very fresh. Big orange flavor mixed with sweet ashes and toasted oak. White pepper and ginger.

Finish: Medium long finish. Juicy citrus notes dance on the tongue. Fresh and sweet. A touch green towards the end.
