Nose: Soft and comforting. Vanilla and dried hay. Cool and composed. Mild citrus top notes. Hints of coconut and ginger.
Taste: Full bodied and medium sweet. White pepper, ginger, vanilla and a touch green (grass, mint, pine). Mint chocolate.
Finish: Medium long finish. Sweet ginger and icing sugar. Mild caramel. Freshly baked buns with a sprinkling of coconut flakes on top. A hint of green in the back. Lands very delicately.
Comments: A thoroughly well-balanced and well-composed dram.
