Nose: Mild and shy. Citrus, pears and vanilla at first. Then banana and corn sweetness. The alcohol nibbles at my nose. With time it takes on a vegetable aroma. Mustard seeds. With further time a bit more spicy on the nose.

Taste: Light body. Raw-ish with a slight oaky bitterness. Banana, white pepper and simple syrup.

Finish: Short finish. Bland and watery.

Comment: I’m not sure this product is meant to drunk neat.
