Distilled 2012, matured in a single refill hogshead (cask #2089), and bottled 2019. Limited to 349 bottles.

Nose: Vanilla and orchard fruits greet you warmly. There’s a subtle yet steady undercurrent of wood smoke.

Taste: Rich and full-bodied. The peat truly shines here, with layers of sweet smoke, soot, and sugary ashes. The orchard fruits linger, joined by lively tropical mango and pineapple.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Carrying forward the delightful peaty fruitiness. Chocolate milkshake and cacao nibs take center stage, adding a dessert-like twist. Then waves of chocolatey peat roll through. Playful and almost fizzy in the end.

Comment: This is just fun - through and through!
