Nose: Dry and slightly woody, with notes of pencil shavings and freshly cut grass. Caramel sweetness lingers in the background.

Taste: Full-bodied and intensely spicy, dominated by pepper and oak. As it settles, honey and caramel emerge, complemented by a touch of ginger.

Finish: Medium to short, remaining dry and peppery. A little rough around the edges, with burnt caramel adding a bittersweet touch.

Comment: Bold and punchy, but leans toward the rough side.
