Nose: Fruity and rich. Hard to be very specific, at least initially. With time I detect barley, cocoa, coconut shell, milk chocolate, and vanilla. This is a Bounty chocolate whisky!

Taste: Full bodied and rich. Slightly acidic in character. White pepper, coffee, cocoa nibs and oranges. Hints of tobacco and leather.

Finish: Medium to long finish. A little thinner in character now. Bitter oranges, soft oakiness and malt.

Comment: A very robust and malty dram.
