This relatively old GlenDronach expression has been matured in a mix of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. It was distilled in 1993 and bottled on 2019-01-29.

Nose: Delicate dried fruits, caramel, vanilla and marzipan. Immediately comes across as complex, rich and demanding in a a very positive sense.

Taste: Full, bodied and very rich. A very nice sherry cask character. Delightful and soft sweet dried fruits, dates, raisins, and apricots. Creamy vanilla and hints of citrus.

Finish: Long finish. Even more ice cream now, drizzled with a rich PX sherry and toffee sauce.

Comment: Good grief this is yummy!
