Johnny Drum Bourbon is produced by the Willett Distillery, located in Bardstown, Kentucky. The bourbon is part of a range of products under the Kentucky Bourbon Distillers Co. label, which is owned by Willett. Judging by the official website for Kentucky Bourbon Distillers Co. it appears this product is discontinued, and that Johnny Drum is now only available as the higher ABV Johnny Drum Private Stock.

Nose: Vanilla sweetness with a darker edge of maple syrup and floral honey.

Taste: Medium-bodied, light, and sweet with medium florality. It has a slightly green and perfumy character.

Finish: Short to medium, continuing the green and floral notes. Accents of white pepper, caramel sauce, and dry oakiness, with hints of leather and maple syrup towards the end.

Comment: Nicely balanced.
