“Our sprouted corn whisky is made from 100% organic Ontario yellow dent corn, grown at Sheardown Family Farm in York County, Ontario, and malted by King Farm Mills in York, Ontario. It has been aging in a #3 char American Oak cask for over three years, and it’s finally ready to see the light of day.”

Nose: Sweet as a candy store, with notes of apples, pears, vanilla, and tropical fruits. Light and fun.

Taste: Full-bodied and consistently sweet, with peppery spiciness and a touch of light oaky astringency.

Finish: Medium-long, maintaining its light and fruity character with a foundation of peppery oakiness. Ends with a strong note of unsalted peanuts.

Comment: Solid and tasty.
