Matured in a combination of ex-raspberry and ex-cloudberry wine casks. Released 2023, and limited to 3017 bottles.

Nose: Rich nose with lots of fruits and berries. Quite pleasant. Evolving and engaging, if not a typical single malt nose. With time earthy notes with an edge that is rubbery and .. well .. unusual.

Taste: Light bodied. Fruity with notes of white pepper and cinnamon up front. Hints of chocolate and red berries.

Finish: Relatively short finish. There’s more berries and wine like notes, then it all dies off with a whiff of oakiness.

Comment: The nose is charming.
