Distilled 2013-02-13, matured in a single 1st fill ex-Oloroso sherry hogshead, and bottled 2019. Limited to 297 bottles. This was the first ever Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) bottling of a Fary Lochan single malt whisky.

Nose: A bold sherried profile with vibrant notes of oranges and clove. The alcohol is beautifully integrated, allowing earthy vanilla and soft floral nuances to shine - wildflowers in a meadow. With time, layers of honey and creamy vanilla emerge, adding depth and warmth.

Taste: Full-bodied and leaning dry. A unique mix of floral and peppery notes, with a touch of perfume adding intrigue. Slightly raw in style but undeniably characterful.

Finish: Short-ish and playful. Chewing gum vibes with refreshing mint and lingering pepper spice.

Comment: A magical nose that captivates.
