This is the first ever Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) bottling of a single malt from Danish distillery Mosgaard Whisky. Distilled 2017-02-09, initially matured in 50L ex-PX casks and them finished in an ex-PX sherry hogshead. Limited to 295 bottles.

Nose: Creamy and earthy vanilla set the tone, exuding richness and warmth. Freshly baked pastry and a bouquet of Christmas spices add a festive charm. Subtle cinnamon and a whisper of wildflowers complete this sublime and inviting nose.

Taste: Rich and full-bodied with a harmonious blend of caramel and vanilla. White pepper adds a gentle kick, balancing the sweetness beautifully.

Finish: Medium long, fresh, and lively. Prunes and zesty citrus notes mingle with a refreshing touch of mint on the finish.

Comment: Sublime and thoroughly enjoyable!
